What To Expect

We believe the Bible is God’s perfect Word and is relevant to every generation. The Bible instructs us in truth and inspires us to please God with our daily lives.

At Salem, all messages are based on The New King James Version of the Bible and are designed to educate, edify and encourage all listeners with the truth of God’s Word and to guide them in becoming more like Christ. In addition to the messages in our worship services, we at SBC encourage one another to study God’s Word in a variety of different venues including Bible Study Hour, Wednesday night ministries and daily devotions.

Music at Salem is a blended form of the traditional and contemporary. Selections include the great hymns of the faith as well as more modern praise and worship that are combined to form a style that appeals to all ages and preferences.

Salem also hosts a guest reception in our Fellowship Hall at the conclusion of each morning worship service. It is a time when the pastoral staff and families can meet and greet any and all guests who choose to worship with us. Pastries and beverages are in abundance, so by all means please stop in and spend some time with us.
